Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Investigators are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a male adult.
Deputies from South Los Angeles Sheriff’s Station responded to the 1300 block of West 92nd Street in the unincorporated area of Los Angeles regarding a gunshot victim call.
The incident occurred on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at approximately 6:52PM.
When deputies arrived on scene, they found the victim, a Black male, 35-40 years of age, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the upper torso. The victim was transported to a local hospital and subsequently pronounced deceased.
The investigation is ongoing, and currently there is no additional information.
