Wilmington Police arrest two men in connection with in-progress burglary:
Wilmington Police have arrested two men in connection with an in-progress burglary.
On December 23, at approximately 9:28 a.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division responded to the 300 block of North Market Street, in reference to a burglary in-progress. Upon arrival, officers made contact with 27-year-old Adonis Carter, who was taken into custody without incident. Following a brief investigation, officer’s located 25-year-old Thomas Paitsel who was also taken into custody without incident.
Adonis Carter has been charged with the following offenses:
- Burglary (Third Degree)
- Possession of Burglar Tools
- Conspiracy (Second Degree)
- Theft Under $1,500
- Criminal Mischief Under $1,000
Thomas Paitsel has been charged with the following offenses:
- Burglary (Third Degree)
- Possession of Burglar Tools
- Conspiracy (Second Degree)
- Theft Under $1,500
- Criminal Mischief Under $1,000
