* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of northern New Jersey, including the following county, Somerset.
* WHEN...Until 730 AM EST.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 403 AM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated an area of very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - For Middle Brook at Burnt Mills: At 3:00am the stage was 9.75 feet. Flood Stage is 9.5 feet. For Lamington River at Burnt Mills: At 3:45am the stage was 11.13 feet. Flood Stage is 11 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions:
Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
