Flood Warning until 05:15AM 
The Flood Warning will expire at 515 AM EST early this morning for New Castle, Berks, Lehigh, Northampton, Northwestern Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties. The heavy rain has ended and no additional flooding is expected. However, several streams, creeks, and rivers remain in flood stage early this morning. Refer to the River Flood Warnings which remain in effect for additional details. Please continue to heed remaining road closures and do not drive through flooded roadways.
