* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast New Jersey, including the following county, Bergen.
* WHEN...Until 915 AM EST.
* IMPACTS...Several river and stream gauges across the area are either elevated or above the minor flood benchmark. Locations that have yet to crest should do so in the next hour or two, otherwise water levels will recede through the morning.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 604 AM EST, This will cause river and small stream flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
