* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
* WHERE...Northern Anchorage and along the Glenn Highway through Birchwood.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM AKST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fog has developed early this morning with reduced visibility to a quarter mile observed from north Anchorage and Birchwood. Sudden drops in visibility are possible during the morning commute. Fog is expected to lift later this morning.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ANCHORAGE
