DETAILS: On December 27, 2023, NPO officers learned from a source that several known gang members were in possession of firearms. Officers learned from the same source of an address on N. Hill where the subjects would possibly be located. PACE/ NPO officers quickly established surveillance on the residence. A white Chevrolet Malibu was followed from the residence and a traffic stop was initiated. The Malibu eluded for numerous blocks before stopping in the 2800 block of Magnolia. A felony stop was then completed. The vehicle was occupied by Jostavius Stiger,19YO, Clifton Holman 19YO, a female, and two juveniles. Three handguns were located underneath the front right passenger seat. Prior to the vehicle stopping, officers observed furtive movements from the occupants of the vehicle. Stiger and Holman were arrested and booked into the Potter County Detention Center for Tampering, UCW, Eluding, and on view traffic. A juvenile was transported to the PD to be interviewed on several other cases, then booked into the YCHP. The other two individuals were released pending further investigation.
