* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
* WHERE...Anchorage.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM AKST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Fog is slowly dissipating across South Anchorage, however, there remains reduced visibility down to a quarter mile observed across north Anchorage to Birchwood. Fog is expected to lift later by this afternoon.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ANCHORAGE
