Good evening. Please be advised that as of today, December 28, 2023, at 5:15p.m., all roads are open now that the flood waters have receded. The only closure that still remains is the lower Bloomfield Ave. Lot. Parking restrictions will be suspended for the Bloomfield lot tomorrow, December 29, 2023, due to the fact that the lower lot cannot be utilized at this time. Thank you.
