Wilmington Police have arrested a man in connection with a robbery.
On December 24, at approximately 1:11 p.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division responded to the 700 block of North Market Street, in reference to an armed robbery. Responding officers provided a description of the suspect who was subsequently located in the area of West 6th and North West Streets. Police made contact with 53-year-old Timothy Halsey and took him into custody without incident.
Halsey has been charged with the following offense:
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was released on $20,000 unsecured bail.
