Lt. Jesse Hicks with the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged 30-year-old Jesse James Dellinger with felonious Second Degree Arson. Dellinger was issued a $30,000 secured bond.
On December 13th, deputies with the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office, along with other McDowell County emergency personnel, responded to a Dysartsville residence for a structure fire. An investigation led detectives to Dellinger. The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the McDowell County Fire Marshal’s Office.
