* IMPACTS...High winds could move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will start from the east-southeast Monday evening and turn more southerly to southwesterly during the day Tuesday. Strongest winds are expected to be late Monday night into Tuesday morning, especially for Dutch Harbor and Unalaska.
