The male victim, 42, was in an argument with the suspect when the suspect shot him. The victim went to an area hospital to seek treatment for his non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. SUSPECT: Hispanic adult male.
3. Pursuit Arrest (2130) 3100 Block of Monte Diablo Avenue, Civic District
Officers attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver failed to stop and led the officers on a short pursuit. The suspect vehicle became disabled and the driver was taken into custody without further incident. ARRESTED: Timothy Spagnola, 21, for felony evading.
4. Shooting into Dwellings (2330) 00 Block of Martinique Court, Bear Creek District
Officers responded to the area on reports of gunshots in the area. Officers located two residences, and four vehicles struck by gunfire. No one was injured in the shooting, and there is no suspect information.
5. Shooting into Dwelling (0051) 100 Block of South E Street, Park District
The female victim, 26, and the male victim, 29, were sleeping in their home when their house was struck by gunfire. No one was injured in the shooting, and there is no suspect information.
6. Armed Robbery (0300) Doctor Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard and Turnpike Road, Seaport District
The male victim, 60, was working in the listed area when the suspect approached. The suspect brandished a firearm and demanded property. The victim complied and the suspect fled. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
