The female victim, 26, was assaulted by the suspect. Responding officers located the suspect and arrested her without incident. ARRESTED: Oliver Perez-Morales, 26, for assault with a deadly weapon.
3. Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling (2300) 8000 Block of West Lane, Valley Oak District
The female victim, 70, was at her residence when it was struck by gunfire. There were no injuries. There is no suspect information.
4. Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling (0010) 1000 Block of Irene Street, Seaport District
The male and female victims, 71 and 79, were in their residence when it was struck by gunfire. There were no injuries. There is no suspect information.
5. Battery on an Officer Arrest (0033) 8000 Block of Shay Circle, Valley Oak District
Officers responded to a report of a subject acting erratically and causing a disturbance. On arrival, officers encountered the suspect, who battered an officer and resisted arrest. A taser was used to assist in taking the suspect into custody, and the Safe Wrap was deployed for the suspect’s safety. ARRESTED: Royce Brownfield, 21, for battery on an officer and resisting arrest.
6. Persons Stabbed (0227) 1000 Block of Michael Avenue, Park District
The male and female victims, 22 and 36, were in the above listed area when they were stabbed by the suspect. Both victims were transported to an area hospital for treatment of their non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
