December 29, 2023:

• Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of South Mechanic Street for a property security check. A 38-year-old female was arrested on multiple outstanding misdemeanor warrants.
• Officer Albrecht and Officer Marcum responded to the 800 block of North Waterloo Avenue for a stolen vehicle report. The vehicle was entered into the national database as stolen.
• Officers were dispatched to a domestic situation in the 1100 block of South Milwaukee Street. A 33-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault, and an outstanding felony warrant.
• Officers responded to the 200 block of Barberry Drive for a domestic dispute. A 33-year-old male was arrested for conditional bond violation.
• Sergeant Thoresen made contact with a subject near Seymour Avenue and Burr Street. A 32-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
• Officer Morse made contact with a subject at the Jackson Crossing Mall. A 33-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.

• Officer Debczak responded to the 100 block of North Dwight Street for a found firearm.
• Officer Elston was dispatched to a personal welfare check in the area of West Franklin Street and South Jackson Street. A 77-year-old male was transported to the hospital.
• Officers responded to the 1200 block of North West Avenue for a personal welfare check. A 29-year-old male was transported to the hospital.
• Officer Morse was dispatched to the 200 block of North East Avenue for a warrant pick-up. A 47-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
• Officer Vernier conducted a traffic stop near East Michigan Avenue and Gilbert Street, The 52-year-old female driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
• Officer Brooker responded to the 300 block of Van Buren Street for a disorderly subject. A 27-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.

• Officers were dispatched to the area of South Jackson Street and West Washington Avenue for a suspicious subject. A 15-year-old male was lodged at JCYC on an outstanding juvenile warrant.
• Officers responded to the 100 block of West Morrell Street for a personal welfare check. A 46-year-old female was transported to the hospital.
• Officers assisted Blackman Township Public Safety with locating a shoplifting suspect.
• Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of West Wesley Street for shots fired. A spent round was located on scene.
• Officer Simon responded to the 200 block of South Wisner Street for a car versus tree accident. The 22-year-old male driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
• Officer Morse conducted a traffic stop at Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and Damon Street. The 39-year-old male driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
• Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of South Milwaukee Street for shots fired. Casings were located in the area.

• Officer Goings responded to the 200 block of North East Avenue for a warrant pick-up. A 29-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
• Officer Kuhn was dispatched to South Perrine Street and East Michigan Avenue for a weapons complaint.
• Officers responded to a domestic dispute in the 100 block of Shahan Drive. The 42-year-old male suspect fled prior to officer’s arrival, and was not located.
• Officer Farnsworth was dispatched to the 900 block of Fleming Avenue for an assault report. Assault charges will be sought on a 16-year-old male.
