Residents and Hoboken community members are invited to attend tonight's swearing-in ceremony of Ward City Council members at 7 p.m. at Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington St. The ceremony will take place in Council Chambers on the first floor of City Hall prior to the council's annual reorganization meeting.
