1. Weapon Arrest (1540) 3500 Block of North San Joaquin Street, Civic District
Officers observed a wanted subject in front of the location and took him into custody without incident. The suspect had a loaded handgun on his person. Officers searched the residence and located two more firearms and narcotics. ARRESTED: Bismar Bismar Vega-Villa, 37, for weapons, narcotics charges, and an outstanding warrant.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon Arrest (2030) Airport Way and Second Street, Park District
The female victim, 42, was working in the area when the suspect assaulted her. Officers attempted to arrest him, but he resisted arrest. One officer deployed his taser to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Larry Richardson, 48, for assault with a deadly weapon and resisting arrest.
3. Weapon Arrest (0208) Holman Road and Auto Center Circle, Valley Oak District
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle in the above-listed area. During the traffic stop, officers located a firearm within the vehicle. ARRESTED: Justin Larue, 37, for weapon-related charges.
4. Pursuit / Weapon Arrest (0224) Belmont Place and Calhoun Way, Lakeview District
Officers attempted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle for observed traffic violations. The driver failed to yield, leading the officers on a short pursuit. The vehicle ultimately came to a stop, and the driver fled from the vehicle. The suspect resisted arrest and was taken into custody after a brief struggle. Officers found a
loaded firearm on the suspect. ARRESTED: Deangelo Anderson, 19, for weapon violations, felony evading and resisting arrest.
5. Robbery (0319) 4000 Block of South State Route 99 East Frontage Road, Park District
The victim, 20, was working in the listed area when the suspect entered and demanded property. The suspect took the property and fled the location. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
