Full Notification

Due to a mechanical issue at the 4th Avenue pump station, the Department of Public works will be running temporary piping until the fix can be made.  This pipe will be put out starting today and the work will be completed by end of day tomorrow. The pipe will be run against the curb. The roads affected will be blocked off, and an alternate route will be required.  
The pipe will run from the pump station up the North Side of 4th Ave., crossing Austin Ave, Albany Ave, Kingston Ave, Reading Ave, and Haines Ave.  It will then cross the roadway at Lawrence Ave and run along the even side of Lawrence Ave to Trenton.  The pipe will go up the Trenton Ave hill and turn left onto Moore Ave.  It will then run along the odd side of Moore Ave.  
We ask that residents along these roads will move their vehicles as to not delay the work being done.  We will also assist them in getting vehicles moved from the area.  The intersections listed will all be closed to traffic. Residents of these streets will need to find alternate route until the work is completed.

4th and Austin
4th and Albany
4th and Kingston
4th and Reading
4th and Haines
4th and Lawrence
Trenton and Moore

YOU WILL BE ABLE TO TRAVEL ON 4TH AVE, JUST NOT CROSS OVER IT.
