* WHERE...Over elevated terrain of the Upper Koyukuk Valley and Dalton Highway Summits.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM AKST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult. Blowing snow will cause low visibility over elevated terrain. Large snow drifts will form. Strong winds could blow down trees and cause power outages.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will occur over elevated terrain. The strongest winds are expected to continue through Thursday morning. Valley locations will see winds up to 30 mph and blowing snow.
