* WHERE...Northern and Southern Sangre de Cristo Mountains, Middle Rio Grande Valley including the Albuquerque Metro Area, Sandia and Manzano Mountains including Edgewood, Upper Rio Grande Valley, Espanola Valley, and Santa Fe Metro Area.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. A light glaze may develop on frozen surfaces.
