Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé requests the public’s help in identifying the below-pictured suspects in connection with a home invasion robbery that occurred on Monday, January 1, 2024.
At approximately 3:15 p.m., Police responded to a residence at Boston Street near South Orange Avenue on a call of a home invasion. A male victim answered a knock at the door to find a Hispanic male and a Black female standing outside. The female suspect sprayed the victim with pepper spray and the two suspects entered the home, stealing the victim’s wallet, containing two credit cards, his driver’s license, and $20.00 in cash. Both suspects fled westbound onto South Orange Avenue.
