There is a potential for significant snow fall from a winter storm Saturday afternoon/evening into Sunday morning. Heavy wet snow is the main hazard associated with this system.
The essential employees within the borough will be working hard to remove and clear snow on the roadways. If possible, please remove your vehicles from public streets. This allows for a more efficient and effective snow removal process as well as the ability for emergency responders to access residents if the need shall arise.
Parking will be allowed Saturday 1/6/23 6:00 p.m. at Washington, Roosevelt, and Lincoln Middle Schools. If you are parking on school property, PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK SCHOOL ENTRANCES. Vehicles parked on school property must be moved by Sunday 1/7/2023 at 11:00 p.m. 
The borough has a parking and emergency snow ordinance, 505-75. Vehicles need to be removed from the roadway when snow depths reach (2) inches or more. For the list of streets and to review the ordinance click on the link below.
