* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 9
  inches.

* WHERE...Yates, Steuben, Schuyler, Chemung and Tompkins
  counties.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 7 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates could approach 1 inch per
  hour briefly Saturday afternoon into the evening.
