* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 12 inches possible in the valleys and 1 to 2 feet of snow in the mountains. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph Tuesday afternoon.

* WHERE...Osburn, Pinehurst, Lookout Pass, Mullan, Bonners Ferry, Schweitzer Mountain Road, Kellogg, Fernwood, Athol, Priest River, Wallace, Dobson Pass, Eastport, Fourth Of July Pass, St. Maries, Clark Fork, and Sandpoint.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 4 AM PST Sunday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Monday morning through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening commutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHERN PANHANDLE ... CENTRAL PANHANDLE MOUNTAINS
