Chevron Level 1 Incident
Chevron Level 1 Incident 
City staff received notification of Chevron CWS Level 1 incident due to flaring at the refinery around 3:30pm. Flaring is no longer occuring and Chevron is currently investigating the issue. There is no public health risk at this time, however residents might smell an odor in the area of the refinery. Richmond Fire Department Hazmat Team is monitoring.
