* WHAT...Moderate to heavy snow will overspread a portion of northwest Illinois from Monday evening and eventually ending late Tuesday night. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 6 inches are possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph Tuesday night into Wednesday morning leading to blowing and drifting snow.
