* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, west to southwest winds 20-30 mph with gusts 40-45 mph expected. For the first Hard Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures between 19 and 25 degrees are expected. For the second Hard Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures between 12 and 22 degrees are expected.
* WHERE...Upper Santa Cruz River Valley/Altar Valley, Upper San Pedro River Valley, Eastern Cochise County below 5000 feet and Upper Gila River Valley.
* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 11 AM this morning to 7 PM MST this evening. For the first Hard Freeze Warning, from 1 AM to 9 AM MST Monday. For the second Hard Freeze Warning, from midnight Monday night to 10 AM MST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured outdoor objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

Instructions:
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects. Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold. To prevent freezing and possible bursting of outdoor water pipes they should be wrapped, drained, or allowed to drip slowly. Those that have in-ground sprinkler systems should drain them and cover above- ground pipes to protect them from freezing.
