Red Flag Warning until 09:00PM Monday 
The National Weather Service in Austin/San Antonio has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from 9 AM to 9 PM CST Monday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.
* WINDS...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 13 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop can spread rapidly and exhibit resistance to control. Any outdoor activity that could produce flames or sparks is discouraged.
* AFFECTED AREAS: VAL VERDE ... EDWARDS ... REAL ... KINNEY ... UVALDE ... MAVERICK ... ZAVALA ... DIMMIT
Instructions:
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now....or will shortly. A combination of strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.
