* IMPACTS...Plan on snow packed or icy road conditions. This includes portions of I-40 and US Hwy 60/84. The hazardous conditions could shut down I-40 from Santa Rosa to the Texas border and impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. Very strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines.
* AFFECTED AREAS: HARDING COUNTY ... EASTERN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY ... QUAY COUNTY ... CURRY COUNTY
