In preparation for the rain event predicted for our area from Tuesday into Wednesday, Byram Twp. DPW is currently working to ensure unrestricted access for water to flow to the storm drains.

Due to the extended responsibilities associated with the recent snow event, DPW is asking residents to assist them in clearing storm drains in front of your homes to help facilitate rain run off to flow freely avoiding back-ups, damming and/or flooding of roadways which can lead to icing concerns as the temperatures drop during the overnight hours.

DPW appreciates your assistance with this as they continue to work on snow and ice removal throughout the township.
