...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TUESDAY...
* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of 4 to 6
inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Rice, McPherson, Marion and Chase Counties.
* WHEN...Until noon CST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Very difficult to impossible travel conditions are
expected due to significant blowing and drifting of snow. The
very strong north winds will cause dangerous and extremely low
visibility whiteout conditions at times. The hazardous
conditions could impact Monday evening and Tuesday morning
commute. The very gusty north winds could also bring down
small tree branches and some power lines.
