Due to the frigid temperatures overnight, Code Blue will be in effect for the evening of Monday, January 8 through the morning of Tuesday, January 9.
Accordingly, Unity Square Community Center located at 81 Remsen Avenue will be open overnight as a warming center between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Please be advised that we attempt to accommodate all guests, but space is limited. DOORS WILL CLOSE AT CAPACITY or 9:00pm Sharp.
NO FOOD OR DRINK WILL BE PERMITTED.
Anyone in need of shelter or other social services is encouraged to call 2-1-1 for assistance.
In addition, the Dignity Center is still open at Memorial Stadium on Joyce Kilmer Avenue. 3 days a week (MON, WED and FRI) 8:30am-10:30am & 12:30pm-2:30pm
