* WHAT...Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast and southeast West Virginia, including the following counties, in northeast West Virginia, Northwest Pocahontas, Southeast Pocahontas, Southeast Randolph and Southeast Webster. In southeast West Virginia, Southeast Fayette and Southeast Nicholas.

* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - 1.5 to 2.5 inches of rain can be expected on Tuesday. This rain will combine with melting snow to provide a threat for flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
