Winter Weather Advisory until 11:00AM Tuesday

* WHAT...Wet snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches. Isolated totals to 5 inches.

* WHERE...Livingston, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, Wayne, Lenawee and Monroe Counties.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 11 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A burst of heavy, wet snow is expected to lead to rapid accumulations Tuesday morning. The combination with strong wind gusts up to 35 mph could result in some downed tree limbs and sporadic power outages. Rising temperatures will cause snow to change to rain by late morning.
