* At 454 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Napoleonville, Reserve, Laplace, Hahnville, Gramercy, Lutcher, North Vacherie, South Vacherie, Convent, Chackbay, Wallace, Garyville, Edgard, Labadieville, Killona, Supreme, Montz, Taft, Paincourtville and Norco. This includes the following Interstates... Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 201 and 212...and between mile markers 215 and 219. Interstate 55 in Louisiana between mile markers 1 and 4.
