1. Weapon Arrest (0840) 2000 Block of Gillimer Driver, Valley Oak District
Officers investigated a trespassing complaint and detained the suspect. Officers located a handgun on his person and placed him under arrest without incident. ARRESTED: Sokchea Mek, 44, for weapon violations.
2. Weapon Arrest (1017) 400 Block of North Sutter Street, Civic District
Officers located a wanted subject at the location and arrested him without incident. The suspect had a loaded handgun on his person. ARRESTED: OD George, 53, for weapon violations and an outstanding warrant.
3. Resisting Arrest (1427) 100 Block of North Wilson Way, Park District
The male victim, 59, and the suspect argued when the suspect made threats to kill the victim. Responding officers tried to detain the suspect, but he refused to comply with officers’ commands to surrender. The suspect was taken into custody after a brief struggle. ARRESTED: Victor Hernandez, 38, for criminal threats and resisting arrest.
