A flood watch is in effect.
Rain begins this afternoon and into the overnight. The rain could be heavy at times. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph. New precipitation amounts between 2 and 3 inches possible with the potential for flooding. Secure any outdoor objects and DO NOT drive through a flooded area! Report any power outages to JCP&L.
