* WHERE...Portions of west central and north Georgia, including the following counties, Clayton, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Henry, Carroll, Coweta, Harris, Heard, Meriwether, Pike, Spalding, Troup and Upson.

* WHEN...Until 200 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 759 AM EST, Radar estimates of 1 to 2 inches of rain has fallen. An additional 0.5 to 1.5 inches of rain is expected through 10 AM. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
