* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 759 AM EST, Radar estimates of 1 to 2 inches of rain has fallen. An additional 0.5 to 1.5 inches of rain is expected through 10 AM.
