State of emergency declared. Expect flooding and severe weather. 
The governor has declared a state wide state of emergency beginning at 5 PM today heavy rains, wind and flooding are expected. In addition to flash flooding caused by rain and the weekends snowfall, expect river flooding on the south end of Hawthorne. Take necessary precautions, and ensure that vehicles, and at risk persons are brought to a safe area prior to the flooding.
