In north central Georgia, Barrow, Dawson, Forsyth, Gwinnett, Hall, Lumpkin, Morgan, Newton and Walton. In northeast Georgia, Banks, Clarke, Jackson, Madison, Oconee, Oglethorpe and White.

* WHEN...Until 145 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1047 AM EST, Local emergency management have reported heavy rain and localized flooding in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen since early this morning. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
