Heavy rain is expected today starting around noon lasting into Wednesday morning.
 
Possible street flooding and coastal flooding.
 
Strong winds are expected later this afternoon into tonight.
 
Residents should take precautions:  remove any unsecured items outside, make sure gutters are not clogged and any storm drains on property are cleared of debris.
 
Any power outages should be reported to JCP&L, 800-662-3115
 
Any downed wires should be considered live and reported to JCP&L and Police Department.
