* WHAT...Snow. Snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as
high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of southwest Illinois and east central Missouri.
* WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight.
* IMPACTS...Plan on reduced visibility and slippery road conditions.
The hazardous conditions will impact the Tuesday evening commute.
