* WHAT...Snow. In Baker County additional snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches, except 4 to 7 inches over the mountains. In the Upper Treasure Valley, up to 2 inches with up to 4 inches in the foothills. Areas south and west of I-84 will see less than an inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...In Idaho, Upper Treasure Valley zone. In Oregon, Baker County zone.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM MST /10 AM PST/ Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Snow will impact the morning commute on Wednesday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain and snow showers through this evening then accumulating snow develops late tonight into Wednesday morning.
