* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 546 PM EST, As excessive runoff continues to work though the region lingering flooding will become increasingly limited to just the Soque River.
