* Locations impacted include... Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Surf City, North Masonboro Island, Figure Eight Island, Hampstead, Topsail Beach, Topsail, Bayshore, Scotts Hill, Ogden, Porters Neck, Landfall, Woodside, Edgecomb, and Seagate.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NEW HANOVER, NC ... PENDER, NC
