Flood Warning until 12:30AM Wednesday

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of New Jersey, including the following counties, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Morris, Somerset and Warren and Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Bucks, Lehigh and Northampton.

* WHEN...Until 1230 AM EST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 639 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated an area of very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. - For Neshanic at Reaville: At 6:30pm the stage was 6.57 feet and rising. Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.
