INCIDENT: PC 245(a)(1) – Assault with a Deadly Weapon
LOCATION: 21400 Block of Del Oro Road, Apple Valley, CA
VICTIM(S): 18-year-old male of Apple Valley, CA
SUSPECT(S): Jenelle Jasmine Davila, 18-year-old female of Apple Valley, CA
SUMMARY: On Monday, January 8, 2024, deputies from Apple Valley Police Department responded to a report of an assault at a residence in the 21400 block of Del Oro Road.
Deputy T. Belvin conducted an investigation into the assault and learned Jenelle Jasmine Davila had thrown a metal object at the victim, an 18-year-old male, causing swelling and multiple scratches to the victim. The victim did not require medical attention for his injuries.
Jenelle Jasmine Davila was arrested and transported to High Desert Detention Center, where she is being held in lieu of $40,000 bail.
