Deputies Arrest Suspect for False Imprisonment of an Apple Valley Woman

LOCATION: 15500 Block of Apache Road, Apple Valley, CA
VICTIM(S): 41-year-old female of Apple Valley, CA
SUSPECT(S): Jesse Arcadio Hernandez, 34-year-old male of Apple Valley, CA
SUMMARY: On Friday, January 5, 2024, a 41-year-old female came to Apple Valley Police Department to report an assault which occurred on January 4, 2024. Deputy K. Mammolito spoke with the victim, who identified the suspect as Jesse Arcadio Hernandez. The victim had bruising and pain resulting from the assault which was a result of a dispute over living arrangements.
Jesse Hernandez was contacted a short time later and was arrested for PC 236, false imprisonment. Hernandez was transported to High Desert Detention Center for housing, where he is being held in lieu of $30,000 bail.
On January 8, 2024, the Victorville District Attorney’s Office filed felony charges of PC 236 – false imprisonment by violence and PC 245(a)(4) – assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury.
