* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of New Jersey, including the following counties, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Mercer and southeast Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia.
* WHEN...Until midnight EST tonight.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 704 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated an area of very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. - For Crum Creek at Newtown Square: At 6:45pm the stage was 6.91 feet and rising. Flood Stage is 6 feet. For Valley Creek at Valley Forge: At 6:30pm the stage was 7.69 feet and rising. Flood Stage is 10 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
